The design team at Vic Davies Architect (2003) Ltd. is a hands-on production company. Every member of the organization is involved in some way with the development and production of all drawings and documents necessary for the successful completion of all projects undertaken. Our team has the ability to work with an overall project team and to promote to the public the major attributes and benefits of a new community-based facility or development project. The two principals of the company have, with a combined professional experience of over 60 years, been involved in the design and construction of a wide variety of commercial, institutional, industrial, residential, and recreational projects. Clients who engage the services of VDA are able to enjoy the satisfaction and confidence of knowing that their project will be developed with the direct involvement of both the company's principals Kevin Klippenstein and Brian Inness.

Kevin Klippenstein, Partner

Over the past 20 years, Kevin has contributed to the success of a variety of project types in the Vancouver and Victoria areas. He is a proven team leader who is relentless in searching for the best solution for the issue at hand which has lead to Kevin being well respected by clients, consultants and contractors. With a strong background in all stages of the design and construction process, Kevin's leadership from inception to completion results in highly successful projects.

Kevin has been involved in all aspects of the practice of architecture from design, production of contract documents, field review, to project and firm leadership. His strengths are in understanding the design as well as the technical issues while respecting the project parameters of budget and schedule. This balanced approach has resulted creative solutions for many successful projects and satisfied clients.

Brian Inness
Partner

A principal in the firm of Vic Davies Architect (2003) Ltd., Brian has practiced in Victoria since 1971 in a production management capacity, and has been responsible for the technical production of drawings for many significant landmarks in Greater Victoria. Brian's role is to develop designs, supervise and administer all construction documents produced by this office, liaise with clients and approving authorities, coordinate project design consultants, provide site review and contract administration services.

Vic was President of Vic Davies Architect (2003) Ltd., a Victoria, British Columbia based architectural firm, practicing internationally. Vic had successfully worked on a variety of projects in many municipalities in British Columbia, Canada, and now worldwide. Vic Davies was always prepared to “go that extra mile” for his clients and enthusiastically assist them through the development process.
